Commission Information and Pricing

The following prices include one pet, no background, on flagstone or wood, and one color background on canvas painting.  Custom sizes and special backgrounds or scenes quoted on an individual basis.  Each additional pet is an additional $75.00.

I paint portraits from photographs.  It is best to send several photos at the highest resolutions possible.  Photos can also be maialed or sent on a CD and/or flash drive.  I will return photos or CD/flash drives with finished portrait.  Before starting the portrait, I will email you a sketch of the portrait for your approval.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before starting the design.  I make every effort to finish a painting within six weeks.  However, I will let you know if this is not possible at the time when the commission is accepted.

Upon completion of the protrait, a digital copy will be sent via email.  Approval or suggested changes will requested at that time.  Upon completion of any changes, another digital copy will be sent for approval.  Upon acceptance, the balance plus shipping/handling and applicable tax will be due, prior to shipping.

Final payment should be made by check.  Artwork is commissioned for personal use only.  I retain full reproduction copyrights on all my work, but permission to use the image on your personal website or kennel materials may be obtained.
